Our Approach

We serve proven, indigenous pastors and church planters. Men who are committed to reaching the lost in difficult areas. These are hidden heroes doing bold ministry in hard places with almost no support.

We step in quickly and personally during these crisis, providing immediate, targeted support to meet their most pressing physical, spiritual, and financial needs. We walk with them, offering follow-up and long-term relational care to help them thrive in ministry and life.

• Crisis response: Covering urgent needs like medical procedures, transportation, school fees, housing repairs, food, and counseling.

• Ongoing care and coaching: Providing mentorship, rest grants, and training to strengthen pastors beyond the crisis.

The way we will decide who to to provide such help for, is by following these two steps:

1. Connecting:

• By Referral Only: Ensures faithful ministry, sound doctrine and

  proven character.

• Personal Assessment: We understand the situation to ensure and learn the context.

• Needs Assessment: We research and ensure best solutions and resources available in that specific location.

2. Caring and Funding:

• Holistic Care: We meet physical, material, emotional or spiritual

  needs.

• Resource Allocation: Chanel funds to cover costs of treatment or needs.

• Partnership: Develop a lasting caring relationship to ensure health.
